We mainly supply South Africa but can supply throughout Africa. This wholesale portal is only for SA - please contact us directly if you are outside the borders of South Africa.

No, there is no minimum order quantity. You can order vials and skincare products as and when you need them, giving you full flexibility to manage your stock according to your salon's demand.

Yes. When you purchase a Needleless device, you are granted a 5km radius of exclusivity for 6 months. This means we will not supply the same device to another salon within 5km of your location, protecting your investment and your client base.

Once you have been vetted and have access to our range, we will schedule your in-person training in Pretoria or online, provide access to our marketing materials, and assign you a point of contact for ongoing support. We aim to make the process as smooth as possible so you can start offering treatments quickly.

We supply professional needleless aesthetic devices, including Fusion Meso and SmartSkin, along with the professional Fusion Meso vials used in treatments and a range of supporting skincare products.

Our devices are incredibly versatile. With a single device you can perform over 20 different treatments, making it an outstanding return on investment for your salon. Yes. We offer second-hand devices as a more accessible entry point for salons looking to add needleless treatments without the full investment of a new device. All second-hand devices are quality checked and refurbished before sale. Contact us for current availability and pricing.

Our needleless devices come with a 1-year warranty – they are incredibly robust and don't break easily. The only component that really can break is the piston, which is only a few thousand rand to replace.

Finance a new device — spread the cost through a payment plan, making it easier to get started without a large upfront investment

Yes. All device purchases include in-person training, which is conducted at our training facility in Pretoria. Hands-on practice is an essential part of the training process, so all training must be completed in person. its a 3-4 day in-depth practical and theoretical course and contributes 10 CBD points.

Training covers the correct use of the device, treatment protocols, contraindications, product knowledge, and how to deliver results-driven treatments for your clients. You also get 10 CBD points and certification.

Yes. As a Needleless salon partner you will have access to a library of pre-approved professional images to use across your own marketing channels. We also provide product brochures that can be rebranded with your salon's details, either through your own suppliers or through us at an additional cost.

Yes. Partners have access to approved brand assets and imagery to help promote treatments professionally and consistently. All materials are pre-approved so you can use them with confidence.

Yes! All registered Needleless salon partners are listed on our website, giving your salon valuable additional exposure to potential clients who are actively looking for needleless treatments in their area. Clients can also book treatments directly through your listing, making it even easier to attract new business and fill your appointment book.

We provide ongoing support to all our salon partners. If you have questions about treatments, products, or your device, our team is available to assist.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24–48 hours of receiving them through the B2B portal. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive your tracking details directly so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.

Please take note of the following dispatch guidelines to help you plan and manage your stock effectively:

No Friday dispatches — we do not dispatch on Fridays to ensure your products are not held at a depot over the weekend under unknown storage and handling conditions, protecting the integrity and quality of everything that arrives at your salon
No public holiday dispatches — orders will not be dispatched on any South African public holiday, so please plan your stock orders in advance around these dates
December closure — we close over the December holiday period each year. Our exact closure and reopening dates are communicated to all salon partners well in advance so you have plenty of time to ensure your salon is fully stocked before the break

We strongly recommend monitoring your stock levels regularly and placing orders ahead of any public holidays or the December closure period to avoid any disruption to your treatment schedule. Our team is always on hand to advise if you need any guidance on managing your stock.

The co2 is only used to power the machine. Through the use of Co2, this allows the device to power a magnet which pushes the liquid through the nozzle and into the skin

Your clients should have a full recovery within 72 hours of Aesthetic Injections. The first session can show injection wheels post-treatment with minor bruising in some cases, but will resolve within 72 hours. The remainder sessions, injection wheels can completely disappear within a few hours post-injections.
