Shipping policy

Dispatch times Orders are generally dispatched within 24-48 hours of payment/order confirmation (business days).

Backorders If an item is not currently in stock, it will be placed on backorder and dispatched as soon as it becomes available. We'll keep you updated on timing. If you'd rather not wait, you can request a refund on the backordered item instead. See our Refund Policy. 

Standard shipping rates Orders under R5,000 (ex VAT): flat rate of R160. Orders of R5,000 (ex VAT) and above: free standard shipping.

Express & same-day delivery Same-day delivery: available on request, quoted individually depending on location and order size.

Overnight delivery: available on request, quoted individually. Uber-style courier (Johannesburg metro): available on request in and around Joburg, quoted per delivery.

Gas (CO2 canisters for Fusion devices) Gas canisters are generally arranged for collection by the customer. Where delivery is required, this is arranged directly with our gas supply partners due to the transport regulations around compressed gas. We'll help coordinate this with you.

Delivery area We currently deliver within South Africa only.
