About the app

Needleless B2B is a wholesale ordering app for licensed aesthetics professionals and approved Needleless stockists in South Africa. Use it to browse the professional product range, place wholesale orders, access training resources, manage your account, and get help when you need it.

The app is intended for approved B2B customers only. Consumer retail purchases are handled through our main website.

Getting started

  1. Apply for wholesale access — complete the partnership application on our website if you are not yet an approved stockist.
  2. Wait for approval — our team reviews applications and will contact you within 24–48 hours once vetted.
  3. Sign in to the app — use the email address linked to your approved wholesale account and the one-time passcode sent to you.
  4. Start ordering — browse products, build your cart, and complete checkout through your wholesale account.

Help inside the app

Open the Help tab in the app for FAQs, product guidance, and a direct WhatsApp link to our support team. You can also use the Account tab to view recent orders, manage shipping addresses, and update notification preferences.

Common questions

  • Can't sign in? Make sure you are using the email on your approved wholesale account. Request a new passcode from the login screen. If your application is still pending, wait for our team to contact you.
  • Forgot which email you used? Contact us on WhatsApp or email with your business name and we will help locate your account.
  • Order or delivery issue? Sign in, open Account → Recent Orders, and contact us with your order number.
  • Training enquiries? Device purchases include in-person training at our Pretoria facility. Contact us to book or for course details.
  • Push notifications? Enable notifications in Account → Notifications. If previously denied, open iOS Settings → Needleless B2B → Notifications.

System requirements

  • Compatible iPhone or iPad running a supported version of iOS/iPadOS
  • Internet connection required to sign in, browse products, and place orders
  • Approved Needleless wholesale customer account
