Active Ingredients

Magnesium (Magnesium Chloride / Magnesium Sulphate) — the hero ingredient. Essential for over 300 biochemical reactions in the body including muscle contraction, nerve function and energy production. Absorbed transdermally through warm water, magnesium rapidly replenishes depleted levels to ease tension, reduce cramping, combat fatigue and support full muscular recovery.

Sea Salts — rich in 21 essential trace minerals including sodium, calcium and potassium. Help to detoxify the skin, improve circulation, restore skin hydration and leave skin feeling nourished and refreshed.

Essential Oils Blend — a therapeutic combination of plant-derived essential oils (including Lavender, Rosemary and/or Peppermint) selected for their muscle-relaxing, anti-inflammatory and mood-calming properties. How to use

Fill your bath with comfortably warm water.
Add 2–3 cups (approximately 250–500g) of Magnesium Muscle Soak and stir to dissolve fully.
Submerge and soak for a minimum of 20 minutes to allow optimal transdermal magnesium absorption.
For a foot soak, add 1 cup to a basin of warm water and soak feet for 20 minutes.
Rinse with warm water after soaking. Pat skin dry.
For best results, use 2–3 times per week or after physical activity.
For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not use on open wounds or broken skin.
