How to Use

Install Needle Cartridge: Turn counterclockwise until clicked well.

Load Syringe: Extract serum through the syringe. Connect the tube to the needle cartridge and place the syringe into the plastic clip.

Power On: Long-press the power button for 2 seconds to start.

Adjust Speed: Short-press the power button to cycle through the 5 speed levels.

Adjust Needle Depth: Counterclockwise = shorter; Clockwise = longer. Range: 0–2.0mm.

Technique: Needle length < 0.5mm — use circular motion on skin. Needle length > 0.5mm — use vertical stamping.

Injection Mode: Press and hold FAST or SLOW to begin injection. FAST = low-viscosity serums; SLOW = high-viscosity serums. Long-press RESET to change serum or reposition.

Bio Light: Short-press the sun icon to cycle through 7 colours. Hold to switch off.

Charging
- Connect the DC adapter and plug into AC outlet
- Charge for a minimum of 2 hours before first use
- Charging: indicator light stays red
- Fully charged: indicator light turns green
Important Operating Notes
- Do not press the needle too firmly against the skin — this may cause slipping and scratching
- Use HOCL for needle cartridge sterilisation (5 minutes)
- Clean the device thoroughly after each treatment
- Do not expose to high temperature, dust, or humidity
- Do not touch the device or detach power cords with wet hands
- Do not use cables with visible cracks or damage
- Unplug from AC outlet when not in use
- Do not repair, disassemble, or alter the device unless authorised

Contraindications
Do not use on: pregnant women, patients with haemorrhagic disease, immune defects, heart/liver/kidney dysfunction, known allergies, severe cardiac arrhythmia, active acne, herpes labialis, local infections, moderate to severe chronic skin conditions (eczema, psoriasis), patients on anticoagulant therapy, extreme keloidal tendency, or patients undergoing chemotherapy or radiation.
